This griddle plate is intended for induction hobs and is perfect for cooking healthy meals, as allows an homogeneous heat distribution for a quick cooking with almost no oil. It is made of cast aluminium with non-stick black coating and has a full induction bottom. As it is suitable for induction, and due to its large size, this griddle offers the possibility of cooking a large amount of food at the same time. Its size gives an oval and wide shape to the plate, being very useful for cooking large amounts of food, either meat, fish or vegetables. Its ergonomic handles are made of heat-insulating silicone.
